Kenny Chesney hurt his foot after it got caught between a rising platform and the stage but still put on his show.
The country singer limped around and was in obvious pain but still played his two-hour set at Williams-Brice Stadium on Saturday in Columbia, SC before more than 44,000 fans.
Chesney's boot had to be cut off his foot after the show, the singer said in a statement that did not detail how serious the injury was.
But he said he never considered stopping the show on his "Poets & Pirates Tour 2008."
The next show is Thursday in Austin, Texas.
