Robert Chute is petitioning the U.S. government to make the day after the Super Bowl a national holiday. He says Super Bowl plans are made, on average, 41 days in advance of the big game as compared to New Year's Eve plans, which are made 35 days in advance. Robert adds that the Monday after the Super Bowl is one of the biggest sick days of the year.
