Eat, Drink, and Help Out a Local Boy Making a Comeback

Jonathan Colson is the 11-year old little boy from Spotsylvania County, Virginia that is the survivor of a lightning strike that occurred during a delay of game at his Little League baseball game at Lee Hill Park on June 3, 2009. Since that time, Jonathan has made great progress and the doctors continue to state that it is a miracle that he is alive. As we all are thankful for his recovery, it came at a cost - some of which aren't covered by insurance. There will be a fund-raiser to help defer the cost of his medical expenses on September 26^th from 7-10 a.m. at the Applebee’s in Central Park.
