Michael Jackson died from a heart attack yesterday at the age of 50. When paramedics arrived at his Beverly Hills home, he wasn't breathing. They spent an hour trying to revive him. Jackson was rushed to the UCLA Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. LAPD robbery-homicide detectives have opened an investigation into Michael's death. At this time, there is no evidence of criminal wrongdoing. Michael is survived by three children, Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince "Blanket" Michael Jackson II.
Farrah Fawcett died yesterday from cancer at age of 62. She was diagnosed with anal cancer in February of 2006. On her 60th birthday, she claimed she was cancer-free. In 2007, Farrah's cancer returned and metastasized to her liver. Her son, Redmond, will be allowed to leave jail to attend her funeral.
Veteran television personality Ed McMahon died in Los Angeles, Calif., on June 23. He suffered from multiple illnesses including bone cancer. McMahon was 86 years old.
