A MELBOURNE doctor and his wife have arrived home from holiday to find homicide detectives about to hold a press conference into their suspected deaths.
Police and the media had gathered at the home of William "Roy" Ostell, 63 and his wife Heather, 58, amid growing fears for their safety after their daughter reported them missing.
